LAA/Client Team Liaison

We seek a Legal Administrative Assistant/Client Team Liaison to coordinate, monitor, and oversee administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals including document preparation, manage client files, court filings (electronic & conventional), travel arrangements, and CLE monitoring. This individual will be expected to take the initiative to coordinate daily workload distribution and workflow to maximize efficiencies and deliver excellent client service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum five years progressively responsible law firm or professional services environment experience.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior work experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a law firm is a plus.
  • Familiarity or experience with electronic (ECF) and traditional court filings in both State and Federal courts; familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
  • The proven ability to take ownership of processes and final delivery of work products.
  • Ability to deliver a proactive and client-focused approach to their work each day.
