Frank L. Nelson

eDiscovery Manager

As the firm’s eDiscovery Manager, Frank is best at delivering key documents to our attorneys from a sea of data making modern litigation less intimidating and confusing. He relieves the burden of collection and expense of gathering the overall population of documents while making use of our extensive technical resources to cull through the chaff and deliver key content for our case strategists.

Frank also understands legal, technical, and budget priorities and combines both a creative problem-solving approach with an eye toward efficiency and value. He buffers the burdens of eDiscovery away from our clients and our own team, so our attorneys can focus on matters of law – not technical minutiae.

When not culling through mountains of data, Frank enjoys exploring the western US with his family while camping, hiking, and mountain biking. Failing that, you might very well find him at a poker table.
