Kristin is a responsive and personable paralegal who delivers an excellent work product in a timely and efficient manner. Due to her background as an in-house paralegal, she has a keen understanding of clients’ business needs and tailors her requests and responses to fit their requirements.

Kristin enjoys being part of a team that works towards developing effective strategies during litigation to produce favorable results for the client.

When not serving clients, Kristin spends time with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys playing golf and traveling.

  • Ankarlo v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.: Defended class claim of Fair Credit Reporting Act violations and obtained favorable resolution. (2012)
  • Geving v. Univita Health, IncDefense of Univita against putative class action alleging misclassification. Succeeded in limiting class and obtained favorable resolution. (2012)
  • Roeller v. UPSPlaintiff alleged employment-related whistleblowing. Summary judgment in favor of UPS. (2013)
  • Wattier v. UPSDefended UPS against allegations of disability discrimination and retaliation. Obtained favorable resolution after partial summary judgment for UPS. (2013)
  • Thomas v. UnitedHealth GroupDefended UnitedHealth against claims of race discrimination and retaliation. Summary judgment granted in favor of UnitedHealth on all claims. (2014)
