Nilan Johnson Lewis Attorney Earns Qualified Neutral Status Under Minnesota Law

Nilan Johnson Lewis attorney Amanda Cialkowski have joined a small number of females who qualified for neutrals in Minnesota in the areas of product liability, mass tort and commercial litigation.

While there are many attorneys in Minnesota who serve as mediators between parties in alternative dispute resolution matters, only a fraction of those mediators are actually qualified neutrals, meaning they have completed the rigorous training process required under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Even smaller still is the group of female attorneys who are qualified neutrals and providing mediation services in the areas of product liability, mass tort and commercial litigation.

In addition to handling mediation matters as qualified neutrals, Amanda Cialkowski regularly provides counsel to corporate clients on litigation defense in product liability and commercial litigation disputes, among other areas.
