Jen Cornell Promoted to Shareholder at Nilan Johnson Lewis
MINNEAPOLIS—Labor and employment lawyer Jen Cornell has been promoted to shareholder, effective May 1, 2017.
Cornell defends many different types of employers in state and federal court against wage-and-hour claims, workplace investigations, EEOC class investigations, discrimination claims, and other employment and labor matters. She also advises tech startups before and after they hire their first employees, counseling employers through hiring and recruiting audits, misclassification audits and defense, reductions in force, and other issues.
