Nilan Johnson Lewis Expands Health Care Practice With New Shareholders

Today, progressive Minneapolis law firm Nilan Johnson Lewis announces the addition of two shareholders to its health care practice group. Susan Kratz and Heidi Neff Christianson, formerly of St. Paul-based Moore, Costello & Hart P.L.L.P., bring a wealth of knowledge about health care-related legal issues and experience representing health care providers, as well as nonprofit organizations.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Kratz has represented major health care systems, hospitals, physician clinics and other providers in the health care area. In addition to her work with health care providers, Christianson has represented a variety of nonprofits including schools, colleges and universities, corporate and private foundations, and associations on matters ranging from compliance with state and federal statutes and rules to charitable contributions, joint ventures and mergers.
