Nilan Johnson Lewis Welcomes Jason Hungerford

MINNEAPOLIS (January 24, 2017) – Minneapolis-based law firm Nilan Johnson Lewis is pleased to announce that Jason Hungerford has joined its labor and employment group. Hungerford brings over seven years of experience in litigation, including several years of employment litigation involving non-compete work, whistleblower cases, individual and collective FLSA matters, and discrimination claims. He will be advising clients on a variety of issues, including labor management relations, EEOC class litigation and investigations, wage and hour counseling and litigation, and discrimination defense.

Hungerford earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota in 2008, and a B.S. in philosophy and political science from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2003. Prior to entering private practice, Hungerford clerked for the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office, and the 8th District Court of Appeals for the State of Texas.
