Nilan Johnson Lewis Welcomes John C. Levy to its Corporate and Transactional Services Group
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., May 5, 2014 – Minneapolis law firm Nilan Johnson Lewis PA announces the addition of John C. Levy to its corporate and transactional services group. Mr. Levy brings 29 years of experience in corporate and business law to the firm, including experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, financing, executive compensation and business formation. He also has a growing practice in food truck law and is founder and president of the Minnesota Food Truck Association. John is also an owner and manager of Andrew Zimmern’s Canteen food truck.

Prior to joining Nilan Johnson Lewis, Levy was a partner at Henson & Efron, P.A. He attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta and started his career on Wall Street. Prior to that he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT.
