Nilan Johnson Lewis Welcomes Lindsay McLaughlin
MINNEAPOLIS (November 1, 2016) – Minneapolis-based law firm Nilan Johnson Lewis is pleased to announce that Lindsay McLaughlin has joined its health care team. Lindsay will be providing advice to health plans and health-care providers on complex state and federal regulatory rules. Her background in health and public policy provides additional insight when working with clients on these matters.
Lindsay joins NJL directly from a position as health policy advisor for the Minnesota Department of Commerce, where she directed the technical content and substantive policy for health plans. Her impressive background includes drafting legislation for a nonprofit, clerking for the Minnesota AIDS Project, and acting as editor of the University of Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality.

Lindsay earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, M.P.H. from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and B.A. in Spanish and Philosophy from Albion College.
