Minneapolis-based law firm Nilan Johnson Lewis is pleased to announce that Emily Davis has joined their Corporate and Health Care practice groups. Emily brings years of experience working for law firms where she reviewed loans, leases, and financing documents as well as reviewed, revised and filed court documents, assisted at depositions, and facilitated closings. Emily has also worked in the banking industry, serving as a contract administrator and transaction coordinator. In those roles, she reviewed and audited contracts, performed due diligence, facilitated mergers and acquisitions, and filed UCC documents.

Emily has a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Public Administration from Hamline University School of Business. When not working, Emily enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her Chihuahua, Harley.
