NJL Welcomes Two New Attorneys
Minneapolis-based national law firm Nilan Johnson Lewis (NJL) welcomes two new members this week: Allison Lange Garrison joins NJL as a Special Counsel attorney within the Product Liability and Complex Torts practice area, and Ben Erickson joins the Labor & Employment practice group as an associate attorney.
Allison brings over 10 years of experience in product liability matters, commercial disputes, and complex litigation, to represent business clients primarily in the life sciences, healthcare, and industrial equipment sectors. A skilled writer with a passion for science and medicine, Allison is exceptionally adept at translating a client’s technical strengths and capabilities into persuasive legal positions. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, Allison clerked for the Honorable Matthew E. Johnson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Ben Erickson has comprehensive litigation experience in employment law, insurance defense, municipal law, appeals, construction defects, and personal injury. Ben graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law and served in the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Columbus, Ohio while in law school, where he researched legal issues related to federal habeas litigation procedures for death row inmates in the state of Ohio. Prior to joining NJL, Ben practiced as a litigator at a mid-sized firm in Des Moines, Iowa.
