Alicia is a senior strategic business leader and former general counsel. With more than 25 years of experience, she has deep expertise in the areas of corporate governance, strategic transactions and M&A, and health plans and has served in numerous leadership roles in the health care, insurance, retail, corporate development, investment banking, and venture capital spaces. Known for being a nimble and creative team player, she guides clients through a wide range of matters including organizational structure and corporate governance, complex transactional matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Clients trust her to be a reliable advocate and business partner who prioritizes their business interests, goals, and objectives to achieve positive outcomes.
When not practicing law, Alicia enjoys cheering on her daughters at their sporting events, walking her three dogs, or curling up with a good book.
