Dave Schooler is a trial attorney with 27 years of experience and a winning track record in complex litigation. He has handled more than 500 litigated matters across a broad range of industries. Dave has litigated over 50 jury trials to verdict and more than 100 administrative hearings, court trials and arbitrations to conclusion. He is elected to numerous organizations by his peers for excellence in the courtroom, including the American Board of Trial Advocates. Dave’s clients include banks, financial institutions, hotels, health insurers, insurance companies, dealerships, product manufacturers, construction companies, advertising agencies, software developers, education institutions, transportation-related businesses, retail, medical device manufacturers, as well as closely-held and family-owned businesses.
