
Denise C. Pishko is a Minnesota Certified Paralegal (MnCP) and an integral part of the Employment Litigation team at Nilan Johnson Lewis. With many years of litigation experience, Denise has cultivated the desirable skills of drafting discovery, summarizing testimony, analyzing documents and evidence, communicating with clients, and preparing for and managing trials alongside our attorneys. Throughout the development of a case, Denise is able to recognize and evaluate relevant facts and legal concepts, resulting in case development and quality service for our clients. Her interpersonal and organizational skills are exemplary, as is her commitment to excellence.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Hamline University, an ABA-approved paralegal program.
Outside work, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, rooting for her niece during softball games, traveling across the United States, reading novels, or baking up delicious goodies.
