Fred advises businesses on technology and services transactions, including complex information technology and business process outsourcing transactions.  His work spans startups, established companies, and highly regulated health care entities.  Clients value his understanding of their industries and regulatory obligations as well as his ability to facilitate their business objectives.

Fred also advises for-profit and nonprofit organizations on contractual, corporate, and intellectual property matters, helping them to confidently evaluate and implement their strategies and minimize risk.

Fred is a native of Denmark who enjoys cooking for family and friends, running, and working in the yard. He lives with his wife and young son in Minnetonka – the same city in which he was once a foreign exchange student!
