NJL People: Kaitlin F. Eisler

Katie has vast experience representing privately-held businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, operating agreements, website policies, trademarks, conversions, dissolutions, and ownership disputes.  In addition, she drafts M&A documents for numerous clients in share sales, asset sales and corporate reorganizations.  She also assists commercial real estate clients with corporate matters regarding commercial development projects, including structuring of parent and subsidiary companies, analyzing securities issues, and preparing securities filings.

Prior to practicing law, Katie was a Risk Assurance Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers which gave her a keen understanding of IT infrastructure, business process and the application of industry regulatory demands – all of which give her insight into representing her current client base.

When not practicing law, Katie can be found reading a good book, trying a new recipe, or spending time outdoors – in the garden, on a walk, or at her family’s cabin. She also enjoys relaxing with her husband and her daughter.
