Nicole F. Dailo


Nicole most recently completed a judicial clerkship at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, where she researched and drafted bench memoranda on matters arising in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 filings and adversary proceedings. Nicole also has courtroom experience, as she drafted and argued motions for summary judgment in her role at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. She also assisted with various stages of trial preparation as a law clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Nicole excels in her ability to write cogently while meeting short deadlines.

When she is not practicing law, Nicole enjoys exploring the Twin Cities food scene, spending time outdoors, and traveling the world.
