Nicole enjoys working collaboratively with businesses on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, business formation, contract negotiations, and general corporate governance. She also advises clients on data security and privacy, having earned a Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Prior to earning her J.D., Nicole worked as a legal administrative assistant and as a paralegal.
