NJL People: Sonseere H. Goldenberg

Sonseere has over 20 years of experience in immigration law supporting clients as they work toward their immigration goals. She specializes in helping businesses seeking to hire in permanent (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) and temporary (H-1B, O-1, L) positions, H-2A agricultural visas, PERM labor certifications, family-based green card applications, and naturalization. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Sonseere brings a level of depth and sensitivity to her work that enables her to fiercely advocate for others. She cares deeply about serving her clients, knowing the immense impact she can make in someone’s life as a compassionate and committed professional. Sonseere is motivated to dive into every case, following the tricky nuances to ensure she can provide clear and direct information to her clients navigating the complex process. Having faced her own immigration journey, Sonseere’s lived experience provides her an added layer of perspective that inspires her to help people facing the same barriers.

In her spare time, Sonseere enjoys gardening, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to Italy, where she holds dual citizenship.
