Sukanya Momsen

Associate

Sukanya’s clerkship with the Minnesota Court of Appeals helped strengthen her analytical skills and her capacity to think outside the box. She also served as an intern with the EEOC which informed her ability to see issues from multiple angles. She has applied these strengths to areas of employment law that include discrimination defense, wage-and-hour issues, non-compete agreements, and preventive employment counseling. She also assists in the formation of nonprofit and tax exempt organizations.

Sukanya is an active member of the community, participating in pro bono activities and serving in leadership roles for the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Outside of work, Sukanya likes to travel and practice conversing in Japanese.
