Deborah Autrey to Co-Chair Black Women Attorneys Affinity Group

Minnesota Women Lawyers has announced the creation of an affinity group for legal professionals and law students who identify as Black Women, and NJL’s Deborah Autrey has been selected to co-chair the group during its inaugural year.

The Black Women Attorneys Affinity Group is a new forum for networking, discussing issues that affect members and their communities, and collaborating on actionable steps to perpetuate positive change. Interested individuals can sign up for the group on the MWL Exchange.

Nilan Johnson Lewis attorney Deborah Autrey was instrumental in the formation of the group and will be serving as co-chair during its 2023-2024 fiscal year. In support and celebration of these developments, Nilan Johnson Lewis will host the Black Women Attorneys Inaugural Social.
