Our health care team consists of experienced attorneys who guide our clients through the maze of organizational and regulatory complexities that define the health care field. We provide expertise in a variety of areas, including: Medicare/Medicaid, compliance, privacy, fraud and abuse, insurance regulation, ERISA, litigation, labor and employment, corporate structures, and health care transactions. Several of our attorneys have served as in-house counsel to both hospitals and health plans, providing us with unique experience and perspective in meeting our clients’ needs.
