Jenny is an experienced and dedicated immigration case manager with a comprehensive background in payroll operations and workforce administration. Previous to joining NJL, she helped manage U.S. immigration needs for Best Buy, including overseeing approximately 400 company-sponsored employees in H-1B, L1, and TN status and working closely with outside legal counsel to prepare a variety of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1A, L-1B, PERMs, I-140, and I-485 petitions. With a keen eye for detail, clients trust her to respond quickly and actionably to support the immigration process, often amidst rapid changes in the immigration legal landscape. Jennifer’s strong communication and organizational skills enable her to ensure program effectiveness and respond to and take immediate action on compliance measures, ultimately relieving the stress of a difficult immigration process.
