
Kaitlin is a valuable member of the firm’s corporate and transactional services and health care groups.
With her previously experience working in-house at a technology firm, Kaitlin brings deep knowledge in areas such as data security, software, licensing and other complex agreements. She effectively guides and supports clients through various business activities, including initial formation, mergers and acquisitions, and various commercial real estate contracts. Kaitlin also provides comprehensive assistance to clients in intellectual property matters. Her expertise touches a wide range of IP services, from filing and renewing trademark applications to overseeing enforcement of IP rights.
Previously, Kaitlin was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Hildy Bowbeer, a Magistrate Judge for the District of Minnesota. She also honed her skills through participation in a trademark clinic as a Certified Student Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
