Kat Gritsenko supports clients facing complex commercial disputes and product-related claims. She brings a strong analytical and appellate background to her practice, along with a practical, deadline-driven approach shaped by her judicial clerkship experience.

Prior to joining NJL, Kat clerked at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, where she managed workloads across three judicial chambers, reviewed complex appellate records, and prepared bench memoranda for judge panels ahead of oral arguments and nonoral conferences.

Kat’s litigation experience includes work with the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee’s office, where she observed proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, and a law division internship at a major financial institution, where she researched legal issues relevant to the bank’s business lines, including international products and commercial real estate matters, and participated in trial preparation.

Before law school, Kat spent nearly a decade in corporate roles in online learning, project management, and product development.
