Rebekah is a corporate and real estate attorney in the firm’s Corporate and Nonprofit group with significant experience in commercial leasing and landlord-tenant representation. She advises both landlords and tenants across a wide range of leasing matters—from lease negotiation and structuring to dispute resolution and the practical realities of day-to-day property operations—bringing a market-informed perspective that helps clients make sound decisions at every stage.
Her real estate work extends to complex acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties nationwide, including significant real estate components in mergers and acquisitions. She also advises Minnesota landowners on boundary line disputes and adjustments, as well as land use matters, with a strong understanding of local regulations, municipal processes, and practical considerations affecting property rights and development. She guides clients through each phase of a transaction, from due diligence through closing, across many asset classes, including multifamily and senior housing, condominiums, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
Rebekah also serves clients in an interim general counsel capacity, where her MBA background deepens her ability to align legal strategy with business objectives. She is known for delivering practical, creative solutions to complex transactional and operational challenges.
