Rene Fitzgerald

Rene is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Immigration practice group. He focuses on employment-based immigration matters, bringing deep expertise in managing complex immigrant and non-immigrant petitions for regional and international companies across a wide range of industries.

In his practice, Rene regularly prepares and files petitions including I-140, adjustment of status (AOS), immigrant visas (IV), L, TN, PERM, and H-1B. He has supported clients from various sectors such as agriculture, technology, health care, retail, finance, and engineering, giving him a nimble understanding of industry-specific workforce needs and the ability to adapt his approach accordingly. A past participant of the moot court competition with Universiteit Leiden and the International Criminal Court, Rene gained valuable experience honing his skills in legal analysis, international law practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Rene developed a unique perspective on immigration law through his academic and professional experience in Mexico. As a bilingual and bicultural attorney, he brings valuable insight into cross-border legal issues and effectively connects with clients from diverse backgrounds.
