NJL Hires Litigator Kathleen Curtis

Minneapolis, MNNilan Johnson Lewis PA is thrilled to announce the addition of Kathleen Curtis to our Product Liability and Complex Torts practice area, where she will lend her litigation expertise to the group’s areas of personal injury, complex torts, product liability, construction litigation, and insurance coverage. She has long been recognized as a devoted advocate and advisor, tactfully defending her clients through every stage of litigation.  

Kathleen joins NJL with a robust legal practice, including trial experience on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants across state and federal court systems. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as the District of Minnesota and Western District of Wisconsin. She serves as a No-Fault Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Kathleen received her J.D., magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law where she served on the staff of the William Mitchell Law Review. Her B.A. is in English Literature with minors in Spanish and Political Science from Concordia College.
