Nilan Johnson Lewis Announces New Shareholder Promotions
MINNEAPOLIS (January 2, 2026) – Nilan Johnson Lewis P.A. announces that Alia M. Abdi, Allison M. Lange Garrison, Jesse E. Goldfarb, and Kelly P. Magnus have been elected as shareholders, effective January 1, 2026.

Alia M. Abdi
Alia M. Abdi is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice, where she represents and advises employers on complicated and highly confidential investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct involving C-Suite executives. Her work also includes employment litigation and advising on compliance matters.
Allison M. Lange Garrison
Allison M. Lange Garrison is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who represents manufacturers and businesses in commercial disputes, product liability defense, and complex tort litigation. Her work includes managing litigation involving technical subject matter and preparing written advocacy for trial and dispositive motion practice.
Jesse E. Goldfarb
Jesse E. Goldfarb practices in the firm’s Corporate Immigration Law area within Labor and Employment, advising corporate employers on immigration strategies and compliance. His work includes advising employers across higher education, agricultural manufacturing, engineering, and information technology, as well as multinational organizations.
Kelly P. Magnus
Kelly P. Magnus is an experienced litigator who represents product manufacturers and distributors nationwide in the transportation, micromobility, consumer goods, industrial, and medical device industries, as well as in ski area defense. Her work includes defending clients in product liability and complex litigation matters.
