Kathleen is a shareholder and a skilled litigator with an impressive track record of obtaining favorable results for clients in product liability, commercial litigation, contract dispute, personal injury, construction litigation, professional malpractice, and insurance coverage matters. She routinely advises clients in the manufacturing, insurance, retail and construction arenas on a wide range of risk management matters including insurance coverage obligations, indemnity agreements, contract disputes, claims handling and extra-contractual exposure.
