Reuter brings more than 25 years of experience, including deep corporate governance expertise and experience serving in general counsel and other senior leadership roles in the health plan, insurance, retail, corporate development, investment banking and venture capital spaces. Her unique blend of legal and strategic business proficiency complements NJL’s capabilities for the firm’s health care clients in the areas of corporate governance and organizational structures, complex transactional matters, compliance, regulatory and risk management issues, M&A and strategic alliances, and more.
